Participants

You can expect to find up to 200 runners of all abilities on our training runs. You can also expect to make new friends! The training runs are a fantastic way to meet like-minded people who may or may not be training for a long-distance event, but who definitely share your love of running, support each other and encourage each other along the way!

Training Schedule

A training schedule is provided weekly in advance for your target event, be that the Vitality Brighton Half Marathon in February, Brighton Marathon in April, or an autumn race.

Support

A RunBrighton vehicle is usually on hand to provide additional support where practical and to store kit during your run (if a base location isn’t possible).
